I really enjoyed this one. On the nose, it smells like a very good home-made lemonade. I switched same amount of simple syrup (1:1) for the rich syrup since I lean away from sweet cocktails and glad I did. Mid palate, the St-Germain really shines on this one, and it ends with a nice, slightly sour finish.

Hi Miguel. You are seeing Plymouth on your iPad and PC because you're logged in on these devices and I presume you have Plymouth in "Your ingredients". As you're not logged in on your iPhone you are seeing my default choice of gin, presently Rutte Dry.

Interesting observation. When I look up this cocktail on this website using my iPhone, it lists Rutte Dry Gin as the Gin. If I use my iPad on PC, it lists Plymouth Gin. Everything else is identical. Weird.

I used No.3 Gin and maybe a quite sour lemon, so I had to adapt the recipe, as one could not taste the elderflower. My version is 4,5cl Gin, 3cl St.Germain, 2,25cl Lemon juice, 1,5cl Sugar syrup.
