Admittedly the name caught my eye and I was looking for a new cocktail with fresh peaches. Definitely use a good tequila as it is very spirit forward. It is on the dry side which I was not expecting. Since peach is a soft flavour, it does get a bit lost, but provides a wonderful texture.

PS It is very refreshing and a perfect drink for a sunny afternoon or warm evening.
