A real surprise- my favourite drink with Elderflower liqueur so far- it is balanced with the lime so no sickly sweetness- used El Jimador rep. and Bob's Daiquiri Bitters give this drink a little almost spearmint undercurrent. As John says- refreshing. No salt on rim but next time may use a couple of drops of saline solution.

What a wonderful margarita. Refreshing with just a little hint of something different. Elderflower goes perfectly here.

Bravo, Señor!
The elderflower is more subtle than expected and very much in balance with the other ingredients. Worked well with a silver tequila and a bit of salt on the rim.
