Not sure why it is called Trinity as it has more than 3 components and what components…but it works, if you get the balance of the crème de menthe and apricot brandy just so.
I used green creme de menthe so it ended up being, yes, green 😂

Interesting mix of flavours.
As a digestive, I would like it just the way of the recipe. It is a little on the sweet size and the mint flavour is very prominent.
As an evening sipper, I would dial back the mint by half to let the other flavours shine.

Very interesting combination of flavors. The little bit of crème de menthe adds a special zing to the cocktail, and the whole mix leaves a nice warming effect.
