Famous Grouse and Boissiere dry vermouth seemed to play well, along with the Benedictine. Might try it on the rocks next time, or shake instead of stirring. Good after dinner.

Johnnie Walker Black + Dolin Dry seem to work well. Good balance of smoke, sweet, honey, herbal, and spice! Great option for a nightcap, especially during autumn/winter!

Good with a slight smokey flavour. Great evening drink. Enjoyed this very much.
