On a whim, I just made this cocktail using Hochstadter's Slow and Low. instead of Southern Comfort (and a local amaretto), and I was surprised by how good it was. It rates with a good Caribbean/tropical punch.

I thought this was great. It is a little sweet, but not more than the usual screwdriver. Interesting mixture of flavours. Great for a brunch or on a hot afternoon.

I'd never tried this drink before, despite mixing them for others. Definitely on the sweeter end of the spectrum (SoCo and OJ will do that to a drink). That said, not the worst drink I've ever had. The liqueurs definitely add something interesting to an otherwise standard screwdriver.
