No cinnamon syrup so used 1/4 oz agave syrup and 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, which made for a very cinnamon-y drink. I thought the pimento dram worked well with the apple and cinnamon; I used 1 tsp St. Elizabeth (sweetened) dram and 1 tsp homemade pimento dram (unsweetened). Kristi had a slight preference for the Benedictine version (C'est La Vie). Both are very good choices for a fall/winter cocktail.
