A lovely Christmas drink. We can imagine enjoying one while observing the ham and turkey being carved (my job) and the vegetables and stuffing and gravy and cranberry sauce being set to table. For later on, after supper, we have a variant:

60ml Cognac
15ml Muscat (but Muscadelle is better)
15ml Nonino Amaro Quintessentia
10ml dry vermouth
1 dash Orange Bitters

If you have a big Stilton or Roquefort to enjoy alongside your cocktail, then maybe substitute bianco for the dry vermouth, and perhaps add another dash of bitters. Merry Christmas!

Oh, and we call it "Ya'll tired?". A play on words of the word "Yuletide".
