New Orleans Minute
Perhaps not a Bourbon Street staple, but characterful nonetheless with tequila, mezcal, aromatised wine, maraschino and orange bitters

Good variation on the New York Minute, a lightly smoky version. I threw all the mezcal in (7.5 ml to rinse a glass?) and it didn't overpower the drink, but I also like smokiness in general.
