How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon and orange zests twists and coffee beans.
  3. RINSE glass with mezcal (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
  4. STIR other ingredients with ice.
  5. STRAIN into mezcal rinsed glass.
  6. Express lemon and orange zest twists over the cocktail and use as garnish.
  7. Float 3 coffee beans for garnish.
