1/6 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |

How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon and orange zests twists and coffee beans.
- RINSE glass with mezcal (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
- STIR other ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into mezcal rinsed glass.
- Express lemon and orange zest twists over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- Float 3 coffee beans for garnish.

Perhaps not a Bourbon Street staple, but characterful nonetheless with tequila, mezcal, aromatised wine, maraschino and orange bitters.
