The system here suggested my Hamilton 151 (eye roll) for the float, and it obliterated the egg foam. The drink wasn't bad with it, and I was pleased it wasn't all that sweet. Maybe something to revisit to test different rum combos.

Being a big rum drinker was looking forward to this, but found it just OK. Nice but was a bit underwhelmed with this cocktail. Agreed with Andre that it needed more aged rum. Seemed to work a bit better mixing in the overproof rum to add some depth of flavour to the cocktail. Did drink the full cocktail, but there are other rum cocktails much better.

Liked it better with a full shot of aged rum!
