I'm in Valencia and have just tried an Agua de Valencia. I can confirm that this is more boozy than the sliders suggest in terms of alcohol content. Taste wise it's pretty spot on. Very refreshing. Muy peligroso.

This might have been better had I used juice from València oranges and Cava (i used the drier brut). A spoon each of St-Germain and Luxardo Bitter Bianco made this most interesting.

Delicioso y refrescante. Nosotros sustituimos el vodka por Triple Sec y aumentamos un poco la cantidad de zumo de naranja natural. También es muy agradable añadir unas fresas cortadas. 🍓🍊🍾

Was in Valencia last week and had a few of these. It is pure lethality in a glass mixed with that heat and humidity. Delicious, but lethal.

Tried it with ‘vanilla infused’ vodka and enjoyed it on a sunny evening.

Great and very refreshing. We had with a Mexican lunch and it was perfect. I would also consider this for a brunch.

My wife's family is from Valencia and we prefer using 43 instead of vodka and so no sugar syrup needed.

Am I missing something? The Spanish word for water is agua. Why is this Aigua?
