Sampled with St George Raspberry Liqueur, Plymouth Gin and Fever Tree. Surprised Simon only gave this four stars. Wonderful!

Had this at Old Street Records and loved it. Made it first time myself and tastes great. I've used fever tree ginger ale rather than beer and am not sure if the difference, but tastes nice and balanced
