Much too sweet for me. I added a barspoon of fernet and found that helped tame it. I still wanted to soften it and added 1/4 oz campari and a dash of grapefruit bitters. On the whole a better cocktail for me but I think lowering the St Germain to 1/2 oz would also help.

Excellent! Certainly boozy but I would say slightly more on the sweet side that 5. Maybe 4, but then of course everyone has their own benchmark!

This is a phenomenal cocktail. Incredibly balanced with all sorts of different flavors.
