It's a little too easy to consign blue drinks to the category 'party time'. This would certainly go down a treat at your next soiree but there is nothing frivolous about it. We can imagine sipping on it late night while listening to Billie Holiday singing plaintively of her blues. We didn't have the peach liqueur so used an apricot liqueur (Merlet) instead.
