High Noon (by Naren Young)
Bittersweet and slightly on the sour side so perfectly suited to enjoying as an aperitivo

This one gets better as it warms up. Quite nice really. Lemon and lime zests together are a nice alternative to the grapefruit zest twist.

A bit flat for me, maybe the bottled grapefruit juice wasn't sour enough. Adding ~1/4oz lime juice woke it up nicely.

Not quite sure what the Campari is trying to achieve here. Take it out and use some margarita bitters and you have a grapefruit margarita that’s simply better in my opinion.
