These specs here are good, but I felt the drink was lacking texture. I readjusted this to have a 2:1 ratio between the apricot and passion fruit, plus I added 5 ml of 2:1 simple syrup (texture). My needs have been met, but now the apricot isn't as prominent. Wondering what y'all think.
