Very elegant. But we pull the bubbly back to 40ml. To us, too much sparkling flattens and oppresses complexity.

Hello Calvin. We are downunder and, since it is Summer where we are, enjoying a BBQ lunch with family and friends. The cocktail menu is the Ritz, Curtain Call and Old Cuban. So far, Curtain Call is the favourite. But we'll see, the afternoon is but young. Cheers.
