Ingredients:
1 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
14 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest twist (flamed).
  3. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. TOP with sparkling wine.
  6. EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.

Very elegant. But we pull the bubbly back to 40ml. To us, too much sparkling flattens and oppresses complexity.
