Due to a lack of rum choice in the house, I was forced to make this with just Bacardi. Still good!

Since rum has always been my favourite alcohol, I found this outstanding. I love the funk of Agricore and Jamaican rums. The honey add a nice sweet note. I used an overproof Navy Rum and also mixed my light rum 3/4 oz regular and 1/2 oz overproof. Made for a potent after-dinner drink with the wonderful tastes of the rum. Love, love, love this.
37.5 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
37.5 ml Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)
2 barspoon Honey
30 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Whipping cream
