Thoroughly enjoyed this. Plenty of funk from the Rum Fire. Was fine with Olmeca Altos blanco tequila.

Very well balanced , a fantastic concoction. However, a cocktail remembering THE HONORARY CONSUL ought to strike a much darker tone. Speak of Mezal.

This was a total wow cocktail for us. Not sure if it is a tequila based daiquiri or a rum based margarita. Everything work with this cocktail. Perfect with our Mexican dinner. Wish we had made more. Going on our favourites.
