I make this with lime wedges (2) and don't add bitters. No sugar required. I like the Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot or Marie Brizard. This cocktail is one of our favorites. We make it whenever we have fresh-squeezed OJ in the house. I haven't tried the named pisco - we use Macchu Pisco which is readily available where we are.
