A wonderfully fresh herbal Martini with the distinctive taste of Chartreuse. You'll either love it or hate it

Love. Used Conniption Navy gin and triple lemon thyme. Amazing. SO happy to have Chartreuse in US again.

How to avoid having small pices of thyme in the glass?

This is achieved by double straining through a fine strainer when pouring from the shaker.
