History:

A combination of two very similar drinks, that both originally called for thyme infused gin. The first I discovered at The Lobby Bar (One Aldwych, London) and the other came from Tony Conigliaro at Isola, London, England.

Love. Used Conniption Navy gin and triple lemon thyme. Amazing. SO happy to have Chartreuse in US again.

How to avoid having small pices of thyme in the glass?

This is achieved by double straining through a fine strainer when pouring from the shaker.
