Garnish: Fragata Green Olives on thyme sprig
MUDDLE thyme in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
A wonderfully fresh herbal Martini with the distinctive taste of Chartreuse. You'll either love it or hate it.
A combination of two very similar drinks, that both originally called for thyme infused gin. The first I discovered at The Lobby Bar (One Aldwych, London) and the other came from Tony Conigliaro at Isola, London, England.
