a Martini glass...
2 sprig Lemon thyme (remove stalks)
1 shot Rutte Dry Gin BUY
¾ shot Green Chartreuse liqueur
¼ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

MUDDLE thyme in base of shaker. ADD other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Olives on thyme sprig

Comment:

A wonderfully fresh herbal Martini with the distinctive taste of Chartreuse. You'll either love it or hate it.

Origin:

A combination of two very similar drinks, that both originally called for thyme infused gin. The first I discovered at The Lobby Bar (One Aldwych, London) and the other came from Tony Conigliaro at Isola, London, England.
