Garnish: Santiago 11 YO Cherry (Maraschino Cherry soaked in Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11YO and cherry syrup)
Method: Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and fine strain.
Inspiration:: We work at House of Ronin, a building of 4 floors with 3 bars and 3 restaurants, dedicated to Japanese culture. Hagakure – Inspired by a famous book that describes the Bushido (the "code of honour" and conduct of the Samurai, based on values such as loyalty, honour, courage, justice, and respect) to the Ronin, the masterless Samurai.
A blend of rums aged a minimum of 11 years in a combination of different types of reused white oak casks.
Santiago de Cuba Carta Blanca is aged in white oak barrels, blended and then returned to cask for a final resting period.
