Fiesta Daiquiri
Garnish: Lemongrass aroma
The creator says: "It was Papa Doble that inspired me to create the Fiesta Daiquiri. Grapefruit, lime and rum remained in the composition. To make the drink in a slightly new way, I added a little bit of mint. The golden colour of the cocktail reminds of the Spanish sun, the sweetness of the viscous and thick air of Pamplona and Madrid, the mint of the long-awaited coolness of the night. The heart of the cocktail is rum. Elegant, fresh tasting and citrus forward."
