Method: SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

  • 40 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 20 ml Amaro
  • 15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 spoon raw sugar

Named after a famous beach in Cuba called Maria La Gorda, the creator says: "An elegant and refreshing cocktail that brings to mind the feeling of being on a Cuban beach among the white sand."
