- 10 ml Apple cider eau de vie
- 20 ml Salted caramel
- 25 ml Lime juice
The creator says: "The inspiration for this is a summer stroll along the Normandy seaside, stopping for an aperitif, drinking a daiquiri and eating a tarte tatin in the streets of Mont Saint Michel. A little journey between two cultures."
