Serve in a

Goblet glass

How to make:

- Start with a G&T on ice, in a spacious glass.
- Pour espresso shot over it. This will produce a good head of foam.

30 ml Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
150 ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
30 ml Monkey 47 gin

Notes:

This is a summer drink, so generally want bright flavours from all ingredients, hence the suggested choices of G&T.

If you don't like the foamy head, use coldbrew; careful pouring may allow you to produce a dramatic-looking black-over-clear layered drink.
