These easily replicated cocktails embody the spirit of Caribbean, enhance La Hechicera and showcase some of the indigenous ingredients from the rum’s home, Columbia.
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Edible flower
Method: SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
50ml La Hechicera
1 spoon coffee beans
30ml Freshly pressed pineapple
20ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
2 spoons Caster sugar
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Orange zest twist
Method: STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
30ml La Hechicera
20ml Saffron infused fino sherry
15ml Italicus bergamot liquor
2 dashes Grapefruit bitters
Glass: Silver tankard
Garnish: Shiso leaf & cucumber strip
Method: SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into tankard filled with crushed ice.

1 Shiso leaf
2 slices Cucumber
10ml Sugar syrup
Glass: Old-fashioned
Garnish: Orange zest twist
Method: STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
60ml La Hechicera
15ml Pedro Ximénez
2 dash Chocolate bitters
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Shiso leaf
Method: SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
