Absolute banger drink, really nice to sip after a meal. I like to make it using maple syrup instead of simple, highly recommend!
Made this with Dolin, turned out great. Nice smokey/herbal aftertaste and pleasantly sweet. These ingredients work really well together!

This was pretty one-notedly orange… granted I used very cheap cognac. It was thoroughly elevated when I added a dash of angostura.
Pleasant but too sweet… granted I made with with Aperol. Would probably be perfect with Campari.
