Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

This was pretty one-notedly orange… granted I used very cheap cognac. It was thoroughly elevated when I added a dash of angostura.

Now this was something extra! I used a quite expensive cognac, but must admit that I prefer that one considering how well it came out in the cocktail. Sidecar, you hade made a worthy friend!
