Very niche recipe yet surprisingly good. It is very easy to drink yet boozy cocktail that heavily reminds of mint Julep.
This turns out surprisingly great. Sophisticated and subtle. Cocoa and banana is always good combination and in this drink they are very fine detail.
combination of bourbon and apple is already very good, elderflower is a fine addition. However I really think a touch of acidity would make it better ten folds.
22.5ml of D.O.M still feels incredibly sweet. I would cut it down to 15 to 20. An excellent cocktail to use dry vermouth in case you don't want a martini
Very delicious, summer, herbal but packs a punch.
This really is a great drink. I used Smith & Cross, and only 1oz of water. Next time I might use crushed ice and top with a few dashes of angostura.
