Well nice, Simon … but:
Bullenschluck is very very regional Oldenburg near Bremen. I am sure other regions have similar bitters, as there are many many in germany. So honestly, nice move but maybe not available for everybody.
I improved that one to my taste:
Instead of Jägermeister I used a lokal Bitter called Bullenschluck. Because the Ginger Beer was still very spicy I added some Orgeat. That made it nice and creamy.
I used Marille liqueur instead of apricot. And I took 30 vodka and 30 Marille. After the icecube was dissolved I used some Drops of foamer and shaked again heavy.
Got a very nice juicy sour and friuty drink.
Took yellow Chartreuse instead of Strega. Very refreshing, somewhere herbal and a little cherry, but not too much. Sour dominantes, which makes it fresh.
Nice with 4 of 5 stars
