Made this with Smith & Cross, amaretto and coffee liqueurs from a small local distillery, Woods Spirit Co. Crema Nocciola (Hazlenut oat milk liqueur). Absolutely phenomenal but doesn't technically use any of the listed ingredients.

Made this with strawberry gin and agave syrup (replace the rich syrup 1:1) as that's what was on hand. I enjoyed it 4/5, she called it her "favorite cocktail ever" 5+/5.
Enjoyable but too sweet for me. I used an entire lime instead and added 1/2oz Wray & Nephew and much prefer the result.
I reduced the syrup to a generous 1/2oz too:
4.5 Stars

Too sweet for me using Giffard grenadine. Removing the rich syrup is an improvement, one barspoon syrup might be the ideal compromise.
