Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Grapefruit gin
1 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pink grapefruit wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.

Made this with strawberry gin and agave syrup (replace the rich syrup 1:1) as that's what was on hand. I enjoyed it 4/5, she called it her "favorite cocktail ever" 5+/5.

Top with Q or FeverTree grapefruit soda vs. soda water and fall into grapefruit heaven. I add a wee bit, ok, more than a wee bit of gf juice for the extra deliciousness. The lime is needed. Be wary, this goes down waayyyy to easy!
