Hi Simon, if I use Rutte Old Simon Genever instead of London Dry Gin, should I omit the sugar syrup? I've heard people say Genever is sweeter than Gin.

Would it be ok to use Triple Sec (like Cointreau) instead of curaçao?

It's the same recipe with Claridge Cocktail, I'm guessing that the amount of Apricot Brandy and Dry Vermouth should be changed with each other.
