I've never been able to name my last couple of cars, I think my creativity for names is just severely lacking so I just slapped on my personal plate and refer to them based on that. I did have ORCA I and ORCA II - since two of the Fiesta's I've owned in the past both had licence plates ending with ORC.
I really enjoy Bailey's cocktails this time of year with International Incident being my usual go-to (even if it's not exactly great for my diet). Noticed this with both Bailey's and Frangelico so thought it deserved a go... glad I tried it, a really enjoyable cocktail for an autumn/winter evening!
Tried this recipe the other day, really enjoyed it. The combination of ingredients with the amaretto seemed to work really well!
Tried this with Gentleman Jack and with substituting the egg white with the Fee Brothers foam and it always works out well and produces a really enjoyable, foamy cocktail. Keep coming back to it if I fancy something different to my usual margaritas and martinis.

Tried this using the Fee Foam in place of the egg white and 1800 Silver tequila. This produced a really enjoyable (but surprisingly smooth) cocktail for anybody that loves tequila based cocktails.
By far my favourite margarita recipe, looking forward to warmer evenings where I can enjoy one in the garden whilst watching the sunset.
Tried this for the first time a couple of weeks ago, found it worked quite well and foamed up nicely. My partner cannot have egg so have been using it so we can have cocktails that usually require egg white and been impressed so far with the result. Simple and effective, also haven't noticed any bad smell or taste when using a few dashes so bought another!

This is also Día de Canarias (Day of the Canary Islands), which celebrates the islands being given their autonomous status and the first sitting of the Canarian Parliament on this day in 1983. When I was younger I spent a lot of time here and the locals celebrate this day as a bank holiday with dancing, arts and crafts and other wonderful things that show the true beauty of Canarian Culture. I'm lucky enough to be here this year so will be celebrating with the locals and some Ron Miel. ¡Salud!
