Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
34 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Agave syrup
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN back into shaker.
  5. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Easy to enjoy, but honestly not the most exiting or adventurous one. Perhaps a tequila beginners cocktail?

Tried this using the Fee Foam in place of the egg white and 1800 Silver tequila. This produced a really enjoyable (but surprisingly smooth) cocktail for anybody that loves tequila based cocktails.
