A little sweet for me in these proportions but when taken to 40 ml Cointreau and 27.5 Cachaca much more proportioned.
I agree. Considering it's a 7 on the sweet/dry scale is it maybe a typo and it should be 2 spirit to 1 liqueur?

Heavily improvised with tequila and cachaca and lemon juice instead of the official method. Oh and also served straight up rather than on the rocks due to an ice crisis. Still jolly nice
Is that the right picture? It's far more pink than the one I made or you'd expect from the ingredients
Doesn't quite work if you substitute Campari for Aperol (as you might do if you open the drinks cupboard to find you've run out) To much of a bitter aftertaste.
