You can't go wrong with mint and champagne! What a great Mojito twist. Love it.
I tried this with Amaro Nonino and Michter's Rye Punt E Mes, Maraschino as recommended. A little less alcohol than 100 proof rye, but loved the herbal notes of the Amaro Nonino.
A great Mai Tai. Love the spices of the Falernum in it. Very well balanced and just a great Drink everybody who loves a good Mai Tai should try.

I like the version of the bar Le Lion. They switched the Dry Gin for Old Simon Genever, the vermouth for Noilly Prat Rouge an 1,5 cl, same amount of Bebo.
