A great prelude to a religious experience, although the bar owner in Chartres clearly felt I was asking him to commit sacrilege.
Very happy the chocolate was in the background. Seemed to blend perfectly.

Curious how long this keeps. I inherited a bottle from my Grandfather which was probably bought (and opened) in the late 1980's. Still tastes fine to me...
