Ingredients:
1 12 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
1 oz Italicus liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Agave syrup
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

Review:

Naturally, this cocktail also works well with blanco tequila, but as long as your reposado is not overly influenced by vanilla notes, then a good reposado can help round this bergamot Margarita.

Slightly less lime juice - there's a rwal danger ov overpowering the Italicus
