The Espresso Martini meets the Margarita.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created by Dre Masso in 2016.

I featured a twist on the Espresso Martini using tequila on the Green and Red menu (2005-2010), but it wasn't until much later, whilst touring the US in 2016 that I first tried combining The Tommy's margarita with espresso. I had a feeling that the lime would work with the acidity of the coffee. I had to reduce the citrus down to a third to make it balance correctly.
