This is the first applejack or calvados I’ve bought for home but it’s a lot of fun to use in cocktails if you’re the type of person who enjoys brown liquor and apples. It works well for making cocktails ant this % and imparts a lovely apple essence to everything I’ve tried.

Nice sour, quite a lot of Benedictine but I love the stuff so this is a win for me. Orange rind or bitters is a must if you have either.

Thanks for going into detail about how lime is added to this drink, other sources were lacking in that regard.
