What I am missing in my cocktail collection however, are alternative cocktails to just G&Ts which use distilled/aromatic gins. I have a few such as Silent Pool and others but don't know what to do with those, have never been fan of G&Ts and I prefer gin cocktails which don't necessarily involve tonic. I regret buying those gins. All the gin cocktails I make always call for London Dry.

For very aromatic gins (if we're talking herbal aromatic), I would try cocktails that also are very herb forward (like a Basil smash). If you're talking aromatic floral, then I would say citrus forward cocktails that might play well with a hint of floral aspect.
