Added 10ml of ouzo and this really lifted the aniseed vibe and complimented the Basil. Really enjoyed this
My Mrs is a “sour” sceptic, but the addition of her new favourite ingredient, Apricot brandy, transformed this for her. A great riff on a New York sour (one of my faves)
