I'm curious about safely storing the bacon fat washed bourbon. Should it be room temperature or refrigerated? Also, for how long can I safely store it?
I did a wash with the orange blossom water and absinthe. I also substituted Angostura Orange Bitters and added a couple extra dashes. I tried a few sips and added about 1/4 oz triple sec. All I had was cheap triple sec on hand. I liked it better with the triple sec, but I think next time I will used grand marnier. I left it on the rock(s) and it benefited from a little dilution.
