Very nice. Didn’t have pineapple syrup so used syrup from stem ginger. Works well

Was the vodka version the same quantities (but 30ml vodka instead of cognac)?? It was our staple last year - but will try this too

Loved these in Kenya last year (where they use lemon or lime interchangeably). Great with both.

Didn’t seem to add up to sum of its parts for me. Might try Drambuie in a regular sidecar though.
