Very nice. Didn’t have pineapple syrup so used syrup from stem ginger. Works well
Was the vodka version the same quantities (but 30ml vodka instead of cognac)?? It was our staple last year - but will try this too
Loved these in Kenya last year (where they use lemon or lime interchangeably). Great with both.
Didn’t seem to add up to sum of its parts for me. Might try Drambuie in a regular sidecar though.
Cheers Simon. Perfect drink to toast The Queen today
Choco Hugo
Light white rum, Triple sec, Hot chocolate powder, Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat)
Love it. More interesting colour and taste than Bees Knees (also nice)
Love it. Proper summer drink (although dangerously drinkable)
Delicious. Fruity without being too sweet
Delicious. New favourite cocktail. Had to use Cointreau instead of Curaçao - will try the original at some point.
Not sure when the creme de violet got added but it’s perfectly nice without it (as per original recipe)
Finally got it right (too much marmalade first couple of times). Fantastic with 2 level teaspoons of marmalade (IMO). New favourite
