Very good, this. I like an espresso martini, but the brandy gives this drink an extra layer of flavour.

Excellent - my favourite Collins to-date, and I've tried quite a few over this long hot summer. I used Bullet Frontier Bourbon, and like in my whiskey sour I added two dashes of Regan's Orange Bitters No 6. Really recommend this on a warm evening.
Excellent recipe. A good end of evening sipper for the summer months. It has depth and complexity, but is also refreshing and easy going.
This is very nice. I reduced the sugar syrup to 10 ml and added two dashes of Regan's Orange Bitters No. 6. It worked really well and I'd recommend this to anyone planning to try this cocktail.
